December 18, 2024 - The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians held their Annual General Meeting on December 18th, 2024 via Zoom. This is the fifth year the AGM has been held virtually.
The meeting was hosted by Ester Toribio and co-hosted by Arthur Canseco. After going through the agenda for the meeting, discussing the financial status of the MFFC, Chair's annual report and announcing the 5 elected board members, the meeting adjourned on a high note. The MFFC has elected the following members for a term of 3 years by acclamaton: Jane Avila, Myrna de Leon, Honor Rodriguez, Ester Toribio and Norman Villar. The MFFC wishes to congratulate the elected board members.
