The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians has filled the December calendar to the brim! The seniors had their Christmas party on December 3rd with a full serving of food and partying!

The youth group, Rhythm Re-Choired held their annual Christmas show on Saturday, December 10th.  What a wonderful treat indeed! The heartfelt Christmas story was written by Malcolm Kitching and songs performed by the members of the youth group, mentored by Melissa Torres, Francis and Sabrina delas Alas along with musical director Mac Alphonso.  The 1 day event was sold out, including an attendance by Consul General  Orontes V. Castro. Many were moved to tears by the story and the performance, and definitely a show to remember. A few days later, they had their Christmas party with the usual shenanigans of food, games, singing and dancing!
